Corvette shootout
It doesn’t matter if it’s a C1 or a ZR-1, if it’s got a LS engine-bring it! Whether it’s boosted, sprayed or naturally aspirated-you’ll find good competition. What could be better than ripping through the traps at red-line? DOT-legal tires, working lights; horns and other street-oriented safety equipment will be required.

Since its debut, the fifth-generation Camaro has captured the performance scene by storm. This class will give 2010 Camaro owners an opportunity to find out who has the baddest of the bad. Details will be released soon but expect to see some of the most modified Camaros on the planet to battle it out in September.

True Street
True Street is a heads up class designed for fast street cars. All entries will participate in a 30-mile cruise, and then head back to Beech Bend to make some passes down the racetrack. DOT-legal tires, working lights; horns and other street-oriented safety equipment will be required.

All Motor
No juice. No boost. The All-Motor class is all about making serious power the old-fashioned way - with cubic inches and RPM. You know, just like the big boys in Pro Stock. Must be 370 to 470 cid and weighing 3,000 to 3,350 lbs. Bolt on some 28.5X10.5's, check out the rules, and you're ready to go.

This one will separate the men from the boys. Blowers, turbos, nitrous, N/A...doesn’t matter. If you think you have what it takes to put it down on small rubber (True Ten Five or 275), this will be the place to show it.

This is the place for the "baddest of the bad" to prove that they can put down massive power on Drag Radial tires. Rules will allow a range of different combos, so if you have an Outlaw Radial car, you can run here.

This class is just as the name implies as Holley intends to find the baddest LS powered car on the planet! You think you have a fast LS powered ride? This is the class to prove it. Rules are simple, LS power, doors and required safety equipment for the ET run. Other than that, just "bring it".

Chevy High Performance magazine is proud to announce their “Chevy High Noon Shootout” at the inaugural 2010 Holley LS Fest. The High Noon Shootout will offer three individual events throughout the weekend, including an Outlaw 8.5 heads up race at noon on Friday, autocross challenge at noon on Saturday, and Chevy High Performance Best of Show at noon on Sunday for the Show-N-Shine.
Friday Drag Race-
CHP Outlaw 8.5 is a 1/8 mile heads up race. This is an invitational only event, which requires you to submit your entry to chevyhi@sorc.com directly. This is a run what you brung race with very liberal rules, meaning dedicated race cars are encouraged to sign up. Be sure to include the complete drivetrain and chassis details along with a high-res image of your ride. This is your opportunity to grace the pages of Chevy High Performance Magazine as well as win prizes such as a complete magazine feature of your car, trophies, and product from the Holley family of brands. Entry is limited to the first 8 cars and will be based on a first come first serve basis for cars that meet the following class rules:
